Editing Talk:Guidelines

21/3/2023:

Today I added the contents of sections 4, 5, and 7, and set up a header for section 6 (this needs a table inserted, and I haven't learnt how to do that yet).

I'll leave section 3 - which is a large one - until after discussion later this week - it may need to be broken into "sub-pages".

I need to discuss with Bruce:

- links to/from TOC and section headers
- inserting tables
- reviewing whether the literature can be updated to be links to the papers

and I will need to check the spacing of different header levels, for sense and consistency (at the moment, they're all the same spacing - as in the word document).
