The ICAR Guidelines attempt to provide the world-wide farm livestock recording sector with detailed standards and guidelines representing the state-of-the-art for the full range of activities involved in the identification, performance recording and evaluation of farm livestock.

The latest version of the ICAR Guidelines are published by ICAR here on its website. No rights may be derived from this publication. Despite the care and accuracy with which the information contained in the ICAR Guidelines is prepared, they may contain information that is incorrect and or incomplete.
