Page approval process
NOTES:
- Only people with accounts can add/change page content
- Only administrators can "approve" a page
- Only the most recent approved page content will be displayed by default with a note indicating the page is approved
Steps of page approval process:
- Changes to the ICAR guidelines will be made by members of ICAR Sub-Committees or ICAR working groups or by ICAR staff.
- When changes to the ICAR guidelines are ready, the chair of the ICAR Sub-Committee or ICAR working group will notify ICAR staff.
- ICAR staff will put the change on the agenda of the ICAR board meeting for approval.
- The board approved (if not, go back to a).
- The Wiki page will be marked approved by ICAR staff which makes that version of the page displayed by default.
- ICAR Members will be informed about the change to the guidelines and have the opportunity to respond.
