Page approval process

NOTES:

  • Only people with accounts can add/change page content
  • Only administrators can "approve" a page
  • Only the most recent approved page content will be displayed by default with a note indicating the page is approved

Steps of page approval process:

  1. Changes to the ICAR guidelines will be made by members of ICAR Sub-Committees or ICAR working groups or by ICAR staff.
  2. When changes to the ICAR guidelines are ready, the chair of the ICAR Sub-Committee or ICAR working group will notify ICAR staff.
  3. ICAR staff will put the change on the agenda of the ICAR board meeting for approval.
  4. The board approved (if not, go back to a).
  5. The Wiki page will be marked approved by ICAR staff which makes that version of the page displayed by default.
  6. ICAR Members will be informed about the change to the guidelines and have the opportunity to respond.
