Approval of Page Process

NOTES:

  • Only people with accounts can add/change page content
  • Only administrators can "approve" a page
  • Only the most recent approved page content will be displayed by default with a note indicating the page is approved
  • The chair of each working group should be the only one who can approve a page

Page approval process

  1. Changes to the ICAR guidelines will be made by members of ICAR Sub-Committee's or ICAR working groups or by ICAR staff.
  2. When changes to the ICAR guidelines are ready, the chair of the ICAR Sub-Committee or ICAR working group will notify ICAR staff.
  3. ICAR staff will put the change on the agenda of the ICAR board meeting for approval.
  4. The board approved (if not, go back to a).
  5. The Wiki page will be marked approved by ICAR staff and launched.
  6. ICAR Members will be informed about the change to the guidelines and have the opportunity to respond.
